How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The new goals I have set before receiving this transfer is to build kitchen in my yard for me to prepare meal inside. I have been challenged with preparing meal outside for the past years. When there is a heavy down pull of rain, I have to relocate my fire woods to our dwelling place. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. I believe that with my transfer from Givedirectly, My planned to build decent kitchen will soon come to pass.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly actually helped the entire community with cash. I Personally do not know how to praise Givedirectly for the good job implemented. My husband was almost at the point of death due to illness but due to hardship, I never had bothered to take him to the hospital. Thanks to Givedirectly for the cash support. Through receiving transfer from Givedirectly, I was able to facilitate his treatment and he is now well. Every work Givedirectly is doing in our community is okay and doesnot need improvement.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I spent my most recent transfer to pay my children school fees and buy three bundles of Zinc to roof my kitchen. I am grateful to Givedirectly for the cash support. I believe that with Givedirectly kind gesture, .my worry to cook in kitchen will soon come to pass.
