How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My goal is to purchase additional bundles of zinc for the construction of my new house. My second transfer was used to purchase three bundles of zinc plus nails and other building materials. Therefore, I don't have a new goal different from my previous goal. My concentration is to purchase more building materials in order to complete my house successfully.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has done well for me and my family. My husband is ill and unable to work as such, I do most of the job and even fiend for our children. They have helped us to the extent that we are improving and will soon have a house of our own. I am grateful to GiveDirectly.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I will use my transfer to purchase additional two bundles of zinc plus building materials and also a portion of it to complete my daughter's tuition at school. Part of the transfer will be used to pay contractors to cut the sticks because my husband is ill and unable to work.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I don't have new goal for now. I'm still using my previous plans which are, to build a new house and to send my children to school. The house I'm currently residing in, is a family house and I'm only occupying one room, so I have decided to have my own place since GiveDirectly has given me this opportunity.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
The good things that GiveDirectly has done for me and my family can not be overemphasize. I have never seen GiveDirectly types of organization. GiveDirectly is really fair and transperant in her work.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought two bundles of zinc for my proposed four bedroom house.I'm saving the balance money to pay my children school fees and also pay workmanship.

I heard noise in the town in the In the morning and went to check people were saying others received their transfer so i left for network area to check on my phone the message was on it. What does receiving this money mean to you?
My family has never own a house of our own since we came into existence. My husband, children and myself live in my father's house with my other siblings which doesn't give us privacy. As a result of limited rooms, my family sleep in the same room. If I am eligible to receive this cash transfer, I hope to build a house of my own.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Since the inception of Corona virus in Liberia, I was really afraid for the life of my family and I. As God could have it, no member of my family contracted the virus or any other major illness. I can therefore say, the health of my family and I have been my greatest joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My husband is suffering from appendix. Whenever we sell the charcoal we produce, almost all of the proceeds we get from the sale, goes towards my husband's medication. This is something which has caused us serious hardship and has prevented us from undertaking any major project. I can therefore say, financial constraint is my biggest challenge.
