Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that am no longer being rained on as before when I used to be in a grass thatched house. Am also now a respected person in the community because I dress very smartly, unlike before when I used to put on rags.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I happily spent my first transfer on cultivating my farms, buying a sack of maize and clothes for ourselves. I am now having maize in stock to feed on and planting beans for future sales so that we dont lack food.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy when I confirmed GD had sent me money because I was so much poor and needed money for food and other basic needs. Thanks GD for keeping your promise.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My family has been going hungry due to famine experienced in the village
What is the happiest part of your day?
Evenings are my happiest moments of the day when from my casual labour with a daily pay.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
The transfer revives hope in me. I will build my own spacious house because the current house I live in is pathetic. It is grass thatched, leaking and small for my family. I will invest other portion of the transfer on large scale cultivation of maize and beans to supply in schools so that I earn a living. Additionally, I will satisfactorily feed the family.
