What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used the last cash transfer to buy a generator that I used to pump water from the river to my nearby farm where I planted some kales for commercial purposes. I can say that the generator has really helped in boosting my business to-date.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the second transfer to plaster my house since l was staying in a very dusty house which was not good for my health. l also spent the transfer to fix steel door and windows for security purposes.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, l am now staying in a very nice comfortable house which is very easy to maintain. I also spent the first transfer to improve my business of selling fish and now l have a very stable source of income that l never go without food any more.

I spent my first transfer on buying a solar lamp 2,000 KES. I bought a fishing nets 4,000 KES since I do fish vending business. I also paid labour 4,000 KES for smearing my house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received the transfer, I felt very happy since I was assured of accomplishing most of my goals through the upcoming transfers hence I seize to be the laughing stack in my community as I used to borrow from my neighbors most of the time the basic needs I lacked.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship is being able to get a sustainable source of income to sustain our family needs being that both our business incomes are unreliable and seasonal.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is always around midday when the fishermen come back from the lake and I am assured that at least for that day I will be able to replenish my stock of fish,which also means continuation of my business.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means living a debt free life.In order to construct our current house,we had to borrow some finances that has not been easy to pay back with our small earnings.
