What did you spend your third transfer on?
Using my first transfer, I cleared my high school fees arrears that allowed me have my certificate to allow me join college. I could not join college without the certificate and when I received my second transfer, I paid my college fees and joined at last. Were it not for this money, I could not have joined college. When I received my third transfer, I cleared the arrears, and I am glad I managed to clear the arrears and I will be clearing soon. I am taking a course in food and beverage.
