Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to save money to add stock to my existing business so that I increase the sales
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer is that I built t better and spacious house for my family. We used to live in a small mud house before which could not host all of us confortably. I depend on the small retail shop to get money. The profits from this business were not enough to meet all the basic needs including paying school fees for the children and building a new house. I am so happy now because I have a decent house and I no longer shy off to welcome visitors.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I will have saved enough to buy a piece of land to do horticulture farming. This project will also earn me an income by selling the produce at the market.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
When we first got married, my husband and I had nothing at all. We were depending on casual jobs to fend for our family. We had no roof over our heads and this was the biggest challenge I've ever faced in my life. I thank God things are looking up, we now have a house and business that can sustain our needs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Midday is the happiest part of my day because it is at this time that I get a chance to rest after day's activities in the farm.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Am planning to spend my transfer on home improvement, purchase of clothes for the children and the remaining will be spent on educational costs. I have there kids in primary school and it will be a great boost in ensuring they get quality education. The house I have is a temporary structure , and it is our desire as a family to build a better one. With GD money, it is a dream come through.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Starting up farming business is an achievement am proudest of in my life. I do plant maize and beans annually and the returns I get has been of great help to me and my family. This is where I get money for my table banking groups. I don't depend on my husband's income and this makes me feel empowered as a woman.
