Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
Next month will be my turn to receive my saving from our merry-round. This means I would have enough finances to complete the pending project of constructing a shop that I had started a few months ago. I had purchased a piece of land at a nearby shopping centre and started the building process. Having this business premise would be a great achievement for me as I am planning to start running a business that is likely to do well in this region. This will help me meet my family needs with ease.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
In the last few months, I have been saving my transfers through Merry-go-round. As beneficiaries from GD, we opted to pool our transfers together so we can raise money which would enable save and do something substantial with our monthly contributions. With this idea, one would get a good amount of money that was enough to support our ideas. My intention to join this merry go round was to save and raise enough money to help me complete the shop that I had left pending after I had exhausted the money that I had.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I believe in the next six months I would have completed constructing the shop and it will be fully operational. This means I will have a reliable source of income as I anticipate to earn good profit from this business. My strategy to reach this goal is to learn the needs and priorities of my customers. My target market is the people within my locality. The earnings which I will get will help me to support my family and pay school fees for my children and my sister too.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different because I have managed to complete building a shop in a plot that is a commercial structure. It is located at a shopping center near home. I will soon be renting out one room and use the other one as a shop and a carpentry workshop. The last four months' transfer contributed to the completion as I have used it on buying building materials.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to relocate my two children from a public school to a private primary school in search of a higher quality of education. The learning is more efficient and there is value for money in private schools as student benefit more than those in government schools. This will give them a good academic foundation which I desire for them.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the livestock that I bought when I recived my savings in a merry go round group. I bought a lactating cow and its calve. The family is now enjoying milk during all the meals and I sell the surplus. The money I get from milk has to become a steady source of income. Unlike, before, I earn some money daily regardless of whether I get carpentry work or not.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
Milk production has become an additional source of income for my family. I will be getting more as the cow will be heading towards another calving. My reliance on carpentry works had been insufficient because at times I could take a long time to complete a project and my family's needs would remain unmet. I am now sure that I will be having a pretty continuous source of income from the cow I bought.
