The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now have four bulls that can plough an acre of land in a day ready for planting of crops hence I expect food security in the household.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received my first transfer, I thanked God for the support received from Give directly.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I bought two mattresses at 150,000 to improve on our living conditions. I also bought a bull at 1,000,000ugx to add on the three that I had to enable the household do timely ploughing and crop cultivation. The family lacked adequate transport and so we decided to buy the second bicycle at 150,000ugx to help in fetching water for the family. The balance of 400,000ugx, we still have it at home and we are planning how to spend it.
