How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I'm no longer straining to meet my family needs since I invested in farming both for commercial and subsistence. This provides me with an extra income.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Gd does well by giving cash to the low income earners thus financially empowering them. On the other hand I feel Gd should seek peoples' opinions on what they need and give them exactly what they lack whether cash, services or goods. This can really help solve cases of some people misusing the money since there are people who have never hot hold of such huge amount of money and exposing them to such amounts leads to misuse.
