What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer in paying my brother's and my children's school fees. I used the rest build a bigger house because my former house was small.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I could be having a lot of problems like paying school fees and still living in a smaller house. GiveDirectly did ease a lot of burdens for me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second 45000 KES from my second transfer to buy a second hand motorcycle for my taxi business so that I stop hiring from people at a fee. The balance was spent on buying dry maize and other foodstuffs because we did not get a good harvest last season.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have my own motorcycle which I use for a taxi business and all the profits I get from it is used to sustain my family. Earlier on I used to split the profits with the motorcycle owner thus remaining with very little money to take home.
