How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My house project is still in progress which is my concern, in addition to the house project, I also purchased some food items for my household.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Give Directly is a credible institution, they have brought hope to our lives and we are grateful for such.

My recent transfer was devided into two, one part of it was spent on my ongoing house project and the remaining portion was spent on provisions for my house.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was so excited when i received the money. It's something that i didn't worked for but i received it just like that.

I am presently renting in my brother's house.
So this money brought lots of joy to me because i have started the construction of my own house. So that i will leave the renter house.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
When I am bless to receive cash gift from Give Directly, I am going to build a beautiful dream house in my village that will serve as a reminder for my generation to come.
What is the happiest part of your day?
For the past six months we being living happier because we are able to provide our daily meal, but the most interesting news that brought us more happiness, is the arrival of Give Directly in my home town.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Some of the challenges we been going through as a family are, food for the family, hospital bills and most importantly sleeping area.
