What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am so grateful to God and this organkzation for being selected to be part of this program. I lost my husband a few years ago and since his death I've struggled to raise our children and grandchildren I'm also old and frail and don't have the same energy I used to and this money will help me improve our livelihoods and pay for school fees and maintain the home. We sleep on the floor and don't have enough beddings for everyone and receiving this money will greatly change our life. It will give us a luxury of opportunities we didn't have
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I'm with my family and cooking after a long day in the field. I look forward to spending time with my family because they are my pride and joy.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship in my life was the loss of my husband a few years ago which greatly changed my life. He was the sole provider and I struggled to fend for my family.
