Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
RE: We was told by the givedirectly people to check our phone for our transfer on a particular date so when i went to check on the date given us our transfer was not yet send so i called at the office and i was told to tell the town people to wait and be patient. When i was told that my transfer had come i was very happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
RE: The biggest difference in my live at the moment is the happiness i feel knowing that am going to build a house that i will leave for my children even when am no more
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: I spend the most of my recent transfer on purchasing zinc in other to be able to build a big and decent house for my children. I also purchased food to be eating because this is rainy season food business is difficult here. Am saving some of the transfer to use for next farming season

What does receiving this money mean to you?
" I am a farmer and the farm I make this year was very small, because I did not have money to make a large one and to also pay workers to work on the farm. When I receive the transfer from GiveDirectly, I want to pay workers to work on my farm with portion of the money and build a new house in buchanan city with the remaining money ".
What is the happiest part of your day?
" I have not had any happy moment in the past six months because I am sick and I do not have money to go for proper treatment".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"I have been sick for two years now and I don't have money to go to the hospital for proper treatment. I always buy medicines from the medicine store. Therefore, the challenge I am facing is lack of finance".
