How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has been different in that I can afford my daily basic needs that used to be very hard for me in the past.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Give Directly has done well by bringing development in our village. However on the other hand, there is nothing that Give directly has done bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for buying an ox at 630,000ugx and the remaining portion of the transfer helped me to buy clothes and household items.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy iron sheets, two mattresses, two pairs of bed sheets, a solar panel for lighting at night, school uniforms for children, and paid labour for work done in my millet garden.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment i recieved the money, i felt so happy and i thanked God for giving givedirectly a good heart to distribute money in a very good way.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is happiness knowing am going to build a house for my family, and am feeling good about life.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i am faced with is lack of food. My farm land is located in a wampy place and most of the time, the top soil is washed a way hence law yields .
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when i am with my husband and children together.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means i Will be able to establish a home in the piece of land that we bought some where in the near by village.
