What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I am a farmer. Farming is my passion. I would love to expand my farming if I am successful to receive this cash transfer. With the little knowledge I have in agriculture, I will need fertilizers, seedings and other farming tools to expand my farm. Furthermore, I will try to establish a small business for my wife. We believe by doing so will also help to provide some basic needs for the home as well".
What is the happiest part of your day?
" I can remember months back, in April to be specific. My pile of fire coal produced 50 bags for which we sold. The monies we got from the sale helped us in so many ways; we were able to take our I'll son to the hospital for medical treatment, bought food, and other materials for our household".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" There are no other means of providing for my family but hard work. Things are really difficult. I have to do physical had work just to provide for my family. What ever money we get from the work is just to feed our family. My children are currently not in school because we cannot afford the school fees for the 4 children".
