Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The day I received the transfer my mood was elevated, I was very happy and relieved knowing my problems will be sorted. I am thankful to Give Directly for what they have done.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference has been a good peeace of mind unlike before. We are now comfortable in terms of how we are living and the kids are happy so am I everyday. This is so as we have enough food and we are sleeping on good places.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
The first thing that came to mind was to build a a house so i started buying materials such as nails,wood, iron sheets among others. The other money went towards beddings and mattress for me and my chidlren. The rest of the money went to food and also kept some for day to day expenses.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very glad am receiving these funds. I might not be able to completely end my problems but i feel these funds will help me reduce them.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am mostly happy whatever time i have food on my plate
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Mostly i am unable to feed my children 3 times as its supposed to be. Right now we have no food for lunch
