What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on renovating my house and also paying school fees for my children. I used the balance to buy food for my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because through this money i have paid school fees for my children and also added an extension of one room on my house.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In My opinion Give Directly does well in fulfilling its promise of giving people money and being transparent in doing it without taking any bribes.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a plot of land.I didn't have any land where I can do out cultivation, I also cemented my house that was mud and paid school requirements for my children.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is to own a plot of land as well as having a cemented house.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to buy iron sheets to expand on my house as the one I am currently living in is too small and doesn't accommodate us well. I also bought a goat to ensure that my money keeps accumulating in that goat which I can sell and get more money in future
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when received the money was so joyful in that I jumped up when the message came in and even slippers got off my feet. I was so happy.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on plastering my house, buy livestock like goats and also buy some food because we do not have enough food.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is farming because its where i get food for eating and when i sell off my yields i am able to take care of basic needs.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is having been affected with HIV which has made me think that any day am going to die leaving my children with no one. This still stresses everyday.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening listening to radio getting to know what ever is happing in other places.
