How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has become better because I paid my children's school fees and used some money to facilitate agricultural activities. We have hope of getting harvests that we shall sell to get money for constructing an iron roofed house. Before, I depended on loans and it was not easy to pay back since there was no clear source of money.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly did well to warn the community members against using the transfers for committing crimes but encouraged them to spend it for addressing their priority needs. There is nothing that they did bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer for paying school fees, buying seeds, livestock, bicycle and food. I paid a medical bill of UGX 90,000.
