How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
There was no another way I would acquire Livestock, pay school fees for my school going Children, Buy household items such as Clothes and Utensils if it wasn't of Give Directly. It's through Give Directly that I own all the above mentioned items which has greatly changed my life.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GD did well to support me and the rest of people in my village with transfers and Phones that enabled us receive these transfers safely. These money has helped us uplift our standards of living in various ways i.e. People have built houses, Bought Livestock, Household items, clear debts, seek medical attention and pay school fees. Everything went well on my side.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfer on Livestock @ ugx 800000, Savings ugx 500000, Restocking my business ugx 100000 Utensils Ugx 100000, Food ugx 22000 and transport to collect the transfer Ugx 10000, Gifts ugx 100000.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest change in my life since i received the transfer is happiness.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy on seeing money in my phone.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I stocked produce of millet and maize @1300000 ugx, paid school fees @200000 ugx, took 50000 ugx to church and spent 150000 ugx to buy clothes for me and the children.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means to buy a piece of land for my family. It's unfortunate i separated with the father of my children, so all the baden of keeping them rests on me.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest moment is during afternoon after lunch, i while chatting with neighbours
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is lack of enough money to foot for my family bills in terms of food and clothing.
