How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I plan to build my house and I also plan to save some of the money.

Give directly did well for me from the beginning of this transfer until the end. It was through this transfer that I was able to send my children to school and even trying to build my house. I am also happy for the help that Give directly gave me.

I plan to build house, to buy food for my children and to save some of the money when ever problems come ,so that I can be able to solve them.

Give directly money really help me to start building my house. Years ago, there was no money to even buy zinc. But through the help of give directly, I was able to buy zinc to start the house process. This is the first kind of organization that has given me such a money to improve my life.

I planned to renovate my house before receiving my second cash transfer from Givedrectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
This is first of it kind in my village for Non governmental organization to come and help us in this form. I am so grateful to Givedrectly for helping both old and young people in this village. Givedrectly is doing well in helping the poor. My entire village is praying for Givedrectly everyday that God should continue blessing them so that they can be a blessing to this generation. Givedrectly understand their work and they are doing it well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
" upon receiving the transfer, my household will build a new house because the one we live in is very small and has to problems. We will also use portion of the money to send our children to school also make a very big farm that will help provide us with food and money."
What is the happiest part of your day?
" An organization called 'Agriculture and You' came to our village and taught us how to make farm. There were lots of new things that we learned about farming. The produce from the farm we made we extraordinary that we sold and got money. That was one of the moments that brought joy and happiness to my life in the past 6 months."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
" Some of the challenges my family has been face with is sickness and it is due to our bad living conditions."
