What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing a mattress to sleep in a comfortable place since the previous one was old, bought cement with an intention of plastering my house and sheep to get the offsprings that I can sell to purchase a cow later on. I also bought a bag of maize for the family consumption and spent part of the transfer on my mother inlaw's funeral.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, I eat well and even have easy time in cultivating my parcel of land since I managed to purchase a bull.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GiveDirectly did well was talking to the recipient with respect and giving out unconditional transfers that have changed the lives of the recipients.

When I received the transfer, we decided with my husband to construct house, I also used part of it to enroll to a tailoring college so that I can be able to start a business of my own.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Firstly, I plan use the transfer on starting a fish business in our local market.This will boost my income.Secondly, l use the transfer on paying for my husband's a driving course fees.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have planted 50 trees on our farm.I plan to sell them and use the money in building a bigger house.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Making ends meet is my biggest hardship in my life.l don't have enough money to buy food for my family.There are times my family take only one meal a day.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening after working in our farm with my husband we rest as we have our dinner together.
