How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I hope to do business in coffee instead of misusing the money, at end year I will buy land in a safe place so my kids can come and stay with me as it's not safe where I stay now. It would be everything to build in a safe place and my children can come and stay with me.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I understood everything and the teachings of give directly, I'm grateful for the help as I have never been helped in such a way and enormously.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was in Kampala, in a place called buggere I got the message in the morning indicating I had received cash from give directly, my wife also called me to confirm whether I had received the money since other neighbours back home had got the money..yes I confirmed to her and I decided to come back home on Saturday and withdraw the money from mbale on my Way to bududa. We were so happy. First thought was to buy live stock as away of keeping the money
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
We can sale our livestock when the Time is due and buy land in a safe place where we can relocate because where we stay is not a safe place for . before give directly cash came in.. there was no hope.

What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
I wish to go in Buganda Land to rent land and conduct farming. If the money is alot I plan to buy land because staying there seems good.
What is the happiest part of your day?
When my Mother received 308400 from an Organisation I didn't remember the name but they reach the poor.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
When it rains the water pours down and I get too much cold with in my house.
