How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I have been able to build for myself a permanent house that I couldn't have managed on my own thus saving me from the dilapidated structure I used to sleep under.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In opinion, Give directly did well in empowering the community hence bringing development. However, there is totally nothing Gd has done bad.

I spent the whole of my second transfer for building a permanent house for myself.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I am feeding and sleeping well. This has grately improved my health than before when I never had genuine meals. I even have less worries now.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I recieved my money, I felt mixed feeling of joy happiness and excitement .
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a cow at 440,000 ugx as a way of remembering GD. I then bought a door, Windows and bricks as I plan to start building a permanent house that I will move on from my grass thatched one. I also used part of my money to buy two mattresses for my daughters as I wanted to please them.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship which i face in my house hold is the problem of accommodation which makes me to change the grass roof each and every year .
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is always evening after listening to news from Etop radio station.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving the money is a means of helping my household to get money which will be used for the construction of permanent house since I have some iornsheets .
