" I felt very excited and happy because in my life I have never had this kind of money before.

There is a huge difference because my child has resumed his studies, he was chased out of school because of school fees and now we have paid the balances properly.

Firstly, I have managed to pay school fees for my child who is in secondary school and I also bought a bicycle, bought 4 door frames and rented a land for farming.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
It is an exciting moment in my life and first of all I thank Allah for this. This money means alot to me and it will uplift my economic standing in society. I have several financial difficulties which will be solved with this huge some of money. It is an amount which I have never been able to earn at once. Iam very happy and thankful to GiveDirectly. I will patiently wait to receive the cash.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest moment comes in the evening. It is the time I chat and socialise with my family. Most importantly, I do have food at this time. If we miss it at lunch, we make sure we keep no stone un turned that we have it in the evening.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Honestly, my most challenging hardship i have been facing in my life is lack of a stable means of earning money. As a result, I usually face difficulties to buy food and other basic needs of life.
