What does receiving this money mean to you?
This transfer means a lot to our family. Receiving this money means that we shall buy a better and bigger farmland, and subsequently start crop farming. We are currently living in a very small (0.1 acres)and rocky place. Hence, this money will definitely change our source of livelihood from casual labor to crop farming.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at the evening when sharing dinner with my healthy family. Following the tough challenges we are undergoing, getting a meal is a not an easy task. At times we forego some meals due to inadequacy of resources.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
When I got married about 2 years ago, my husband's parents forced us out their place of residence by selling the otherwise only land we could till and live in. This happened due to family wrangles. Although they wanted to get us some piece of land in a more remote place (with no schools and other amenities), we declined the suggestion. Accordingly, we have been struggling to fend for our family while residing in only 0.1 acres of untillable land. Hence, we are not living according to our expected standard because of such a hardship.
