Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy when I received this money. Because I was not expecting to get this amount of money at this time. I thought of building a house for myself long time ago but I didn't have the means of raising money to do it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
I'm feeling good every day since I received this money. I have hope of building my own house and my grand son's school fees has been paid.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I bought two bundles of zinc with part of my money for my new house that I planned to build. I used the balance money to pay my grand son school fees who was promoted to the eight grade.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
What I am planning to do with the cash transfers is, I will send my grandchildren to school and buy zinc for my house which is currently leaking. I will also open a business that will produce more money for my out keep.
What is the happiest part of your day?
What has brought me happiness over the last 6 months is back in July, my children send me to go to Monrovia and they took me to the hospital. By then, I received good treatment at the hospital that makes me feel better at this current time. This brought me happiness and feel confident that with my children my life will always be better.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My current challenge is sickness. My entire body frees at times. With this, I will have to go to the hospital every time for medical treatment which is cost-intensive. I also have difficulty with seeing which stops me from going to many places but rather keeps me at home at all times.
