How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was because as a housewife, I depended totally on my husband to support the household and this was tiresome and strenuous on him. But ever since I started my grocery business, I have been able to chip in the household budget and also can buy clothes for my household members without asking for money from my husband. We are now a happy family.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My goal in the next four months is to expand my groceries business by extending the structure and even adding more stock. This will result in an increase in profits and hence provision for my household and other personal needs will be sufficient.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have been a housewife for the longest time that I can recall. I did not have a way of supporting my husband although I could see him struggle to make ends meet. Upon receiving my transfers, I decided to start a grocery shop within my village and now it has picked up and I am able to use my profits to facilitating household expenditure. This has seen my husband more relaxed and peaceful than before.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, with the transfers I receive from GD, I expect to have expanded my grocery business and that I will be generating more income enough to sustain my household expenditure, pay school fees for my children and even afford to get some amount for leisure to break the daily routine.
