How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had never recieved the transfer, I would not be this happy to have pushed my children to school. I have a joyful life now that my children are fully in school and their future bright.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by bringing joy into my life as it has enabled me to push my children when it comes to school. On the other hand, givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer paying on paying up a debt that I had accumulated during the funeral of my son. At the time, I had no money to send off my son. I then paid up some school fees for my child who is in primary six. This is so to secure his future. Later on , I bought a bull that will be paired up with another from the neighbourhood to work. This will help promote peace and harmony in the area since we are working together.
