How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I felt good when they sent me money and i didn't get any problem.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
I was sleeping in a squeezed house but now i have expanded my house and i will be sleeping comfortably.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought some trees for timber at 120,000, 8 iron sheets at 100,000, labour 50,000, bricks at 100,000, door frames at 100,000. The other balance is available for other use like roofing the housing, buy a goat for rearing.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The difference is that am building a permanent house which I didn't have at first.

I was very happy with GD for this transfer that am using to build a permanent house.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought 3000 bricks at 500000/= and transfer 90000/=, 13 iron sheets 363500/=,labor 190000/=,buying trees and lumbering 160000/=and am planning to add more bricks using the balance.

Receiving this money means economic growth for my household through paying school fees for my child and buying household assets like cows.

The happiest part of my day is the evenning when am chatting with with my husband while cooking supper.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life is sickness, I suffer from a recurring terrible headache which makes it difficult for me to sometimes effectively perform my daily household chores.
