What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used a portion of the transfer to buy a television. I used a portion of the transfer to buy some pieces of iron sheets which I'll use to expand my house. My spouse bought fishing net with a portion of the remaining transfer. I installed elctricity in my home. I also used the rest of the to buy family clothes and foodstuffs.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that I'm now legally married because my spouse managed to settle dowry using GD transfer. Besides, my children live in joy since I bought a television set. They used to watch at the neighborhood and at times they were being chased away but now, they watch as much as they wish.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What GD does well is that it concentrate on the poor. What GD should also do is to consider all the poor in the entire nation at least to see their lives uplifted as ours..
