What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I used 25000 KES from it to buy a boat and fishing nets for our fishing business so that my husband can save more from his fishing since he used to hire a boat and nets. I then bought a goat at 3000 KES to rear in my home. I also bought school uniforms for my children and used the balance to buy a sack of dry maize and otherv food items for my family since we did not have enough food in the house.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that we have increased our returns from the fishing business as we now use our own boat and fishing nets.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I used to live in a grass thatched house that used to leak during rainy season and now that I have five children it is very hard to find food that can sustain them three times in a day.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Very early in the morning at around six o'clock I usually have good hope that things will work out well when I start my daily preparation.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
It has brought happiness in our family since we could get very little and my husband is a fisherman sometimes we could go without a meal. My life will change since there will be enough money to buy food and my children will as well go to school.
