What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent 20,000 KES to pay school fees for two of my children in secondary school, bought a heifer for 12,000 KES, seats for 9,000 KES. I have saved the remaining amount.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
The new goal I have is to buy a tank and do small scale irrigation of vegetables in my garden.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If had not received the transfers my children would be staying at home with me after dropping out of school due to lack of school fees.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought two cows at 24,000 KES, paid 15,000 KES school fee for my two children in high school, am still having 10,000 KES which am planning to pay part of it as school fee then use the rest to buy iron sheets.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My clothe business is now doing well because I've not used the profits from it for domestic use as before.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on contributing tithe in church using part of the first transfer, I will spend part of the transfer on paying school fees for my children and part of it also I will buy chicken so that I can start chicken farming and when I get the second transfer I will spend it on reviving my business of selling clothes and part of it I will spend on paying school fees for my children again. The final transfer I will spend on paying college fees for my son who cleared high school so that he can train as a teacher.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement that I am proudest of is that I have been able to take my son to school till he finished high school and now he is waiting to join college using cash that I got from farming and selling of firewood.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face in my life is that getting school fees for my children is not easy as my business of selling firewood is also not doing well hence my income currently is low making it difficult to support my children with shool fees.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is when I wake up in the morning and I manage to go out to do casual work which in turn I get paid for the work. This makes me happy as I am able to support my family financially.
