What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to pay school fees for my son in secondary school and the other in primary school. Using the remaining amount,I used to buy food for my family. Thanks to GiveDirectly.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in daily life is that my son is now in school with all his arrears settled and for sometime now he will not be sent for school fees. I am also able to eat well with ease and not hustle so much like I previously used to.

I spent my first transfer on paying school fee for my child in high school so that he is not sent home due to fee arrears.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was very happy when I received my transfer. My child was to report back to school but he wouldn't due to arrears, so receiving the transfer was like a relief to me. Thanks to GD.

I plan to use part of my transfer in paying school fees for my child who is in form two. Secondly I will use my transfer to repair my house and buy a few items like chairs and a table

The achievement I am most proud of is being able to take my children to school despite being a widow

The biggest hardship I have faced in life is the death of my husband which left me a widow with so many children to cater for on my own yet I don't even have a stable job.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when I am resting after a hard days work
