Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life is that, I acquired a bicycle for collecting water from the borehole. Previously, I suffered from back and chest pain because of carrying heavy things for a long distance like jerrycans. In addition, I bought building materials for my permanent house as well as for renovating my leaking thatched house which I currently occupy. Hopefully in the next five days I will be sleeping in a better structure.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt very excited to get money which was going to enable me build a permanent house and buying a bicycle for collecting water from the borehole.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I bought a bicycle worth UGX 250,000, bought household goods ( mattress and a blanket) worth UGX 205,000, labour for renovating my grass thatched house worth UGX 40,000 and bought good worth UGX 50,000 .The recipient also spent her transfer on buying building materials ( 1 trip of sand and 2 trips of bricks and tools) but could not estimate the a mount. There is also balance of the transfer but she could not tell me. She is planning to spend it on labour for building.
