I spent my third transfer on starting a home use merchandise retail shop which employs me now and provides income for my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in a way that today I earn daily income from my business and my family is happier than before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Give Directly does well to give cash instead of property to recipients. This helps us to plan well for development.

I spent my first transfer on buying sand to help in me in making an extension on my house.I also bought a goat for my daily life in case of anything i rather sell my goat to help me in such a situation.

The moment when i recieved my money i felt excited inside my heart though i didn't show it to the rest of the people.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on renovating my house especially the rooftop because when its gets windy the sheets are blown off. Secondly its buying a cow so as to have milk tea and reduce on expenses for buying milk daily.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of is building this house because before we were renting but now we have a house on our own.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was in 2011 when hunger stroke us to the extent we could sleep with empty stomachs.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening when we have something to eat the entire family.
