The new goal that I didn't had before I received the transfer was on building a better house and to purchase a dairy cow.

In my opinion GiveDirectly well by giving money to the poor in the community to build better house and to buy dairy cows. I do not find anything that GiveDirectly did not do well.

I spent part of the money I received from GiveDirectly to build a better and spacious house for my family. I paid school fees for my children in various schools. They were able to study well without being sent home. I purchased a heifer at the cost of KES 27,000. I will get enough milk for the family when it reproduce in the next few months. The rest of the money I bought food and clothes for my children. I am so happy because GiveDirectly has changed our living standards.

It was at 9 am when I was at my working station when I heard my phone vibrating loudly, I was a bit hesitant in checking my phone because I thought maybe it was a message from my children's school reminding me to pay for the school fees arrears, my workmate told me that he had received cash from GiveDirectly that morning because he too was registered, that was when I rushed to check the message that was in my phone, I was so overjoyed to confirm that I too had received the money, we all celebrated throughout the day with endless touches of laughter.
