How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
No I do not have any new goals
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
What give directly did well was going door to door ensuring that we all had equal chance of benefiting in the program. This process reached out to many people in my village so we are very grateful for that.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used my second tranfers to buy one bag of fertiliser. Then I used the remaining money to buy building materials. I am building a new house because the one I live in was partly destroyed by the bad weather. So far I have bought timber, iron sheets and bricks, and constructions are underway right now.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am very happy to receive this money because I know that I will use the money to achieve some of my dreams. I am also very happy because I know that this money means that some of my problems will come to an end.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am not happy most of the days but I will be very happy when I have received this money from GiveDirectly. This is because I will be able to buy food and some of the things that my children lack such as good clothes.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardships that I face are poverty and lack of food. As I already said my husband left the house last year and that means I have to find food for my children. Although I do some small businesses, the money that I get is not enough to feed my family.
