What does receiving this money mean to you?
I plan to buy zinc, build a house and send my children to school. The burger bugs have eaten all my sticks and the house is almost like collapsing, which makes me afraid. I'm afraid that one day, it will break and I have small children here living with me. Looking at this condition, I will like to buy new zinc so that I can build my house. I will also send my children to school because for now, the work I do does not give me more money that will enable me send my children to schoo and feed them at the same timel. When I receive this transfer from GiveDirectly, I will definitely send my children to acquire education.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The main thing that happened in my life that brought me joy and happiness was when my sister who was pregnant delivered safely. Though the child did not live for a day but she was alive and I was happy for having her in the family.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenges I face currently is about getting money and there is no job facility in this area. The process of getting money on this side is very tedious. You'll either have to cut palm or become a daily hire just to get money and feed your family. This makes it my greatest challenge.
