What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent the third transfer on cementing the house at a cost of 27000 KES . I bought fishing nets at 10000 KES. I spent the rest of the money on my children's school fees.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on paying school fee for my three children in primary school. We also purchased a boat after the owner of the one we previously used came for his, claiming for payments for further use of the boat. We saw this to be uneconomical and therefore opted for our own.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have acquired a very peaceful life for I no longer rely on anyone for food or any kind of help. I generate my own income from the lake using the boat that we currently purchased.

I spent my second transfer to pay school fees for my two children learning at a private school. I am happy they managed to close school without arrears. I also bought some furniture as before I used to sit on the floor on a mat. I had some remaining amount that I spent on food.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I had was when my daughter was suffering from tuberculosis and I was not able to raise money for her treatment till one of my friends came in to lend hand in paying the hospital bill.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is in the morning when airing the small fish (dagaa) I am selling and I know that at the end of the day I will make some profit on top.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money makes me feel so happy because I will be able to buy the houhold items that I lack and use part to pay for my children school fees.
