How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I have developed in my home. I sleep well in my permanent structure and I eat well (healthy ) compared to before when I used to sleep under a leaking roof. I could not have built my permanent structure if I never received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done well by helping us the original residents of the village to benefit. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong.

There is a balance of UGX 200,000 which I plan to spend on food.

The biggest difference in my daily life is that i have constructed a good house since I used to sleep under licking whenever its rains.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
My plan is to use the transfers for buying a cow and building a permanent iron-roofed house. This cow will inturn provide milk for my household.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest moments is always evenings when iam chatting with neighbours.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is poverty. This because iam HIV/AIDS victim which makes not able to engage much in to agriculture that could provide food for myself.
