What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying roofing iron sheets to expand my house as previous it was tiny and couldn't accommodate my family comfortably. I also spent part of the transfer on buying food to feed my family.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The difference in my life than if I never receive the transfer is the descent house I'm living in now. I don't experience stress hence my health has also improved.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GD has done well by sending direct unconditional cash to the poor people in the village. GD has not done well by skipping other house in the village.

I spent the first transfer on buying sofa set seats 5,000KES, cooking pots 6,70KES,clothes for the children 1,000KES,20 tins of maize 1,800KES and food for my family 1600KES.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to spend the upcoming transfer on renovating my house from a two roomed house into a three roomed house to fit my family and I.I am also planning to buy household furniture such as chairs.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I plan to spend my transfer on buying a sewing machine and set up a dress making business in our nearest market for income generation,I also intend to use the transfer on enrolling my disabled child into an institution for the mentally challenged and lastly pay school fees for my other children in primary school.

I'm proud for having saved money from farming and bought household items like furniture and utensils.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I'm facing currently is on making ends meet and on paying school fees for my children,I depend on farming for livelihood and in some cases we get very little harvest to sustain us.

The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I'm cultivating in my farm,this is the only source of income we have hence I dedicate most of time on it.
