Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My additional goal for the next four months of my life is to incorporate horticultural crops such as tomatoes, onions, and vegetables in my farm. Since they fetch a good price in the market I thought it would be wise if I planted variety then later focus on what is highly preferred in the market. I am hopeful that with this investment I will definitely get a financial breakthrough.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months is that I am now happier because my family no longer strains to put food to the table as compared to before. Apart from that, the burden of paying school fees for my children has slightly reduced. I feel relieved since I no longer strain my self by working several hours doing casual work
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in that I will have an abundant harvest which will help me pay school fees for my children. It feels nice to have means to cater for the most demanding responsibility as a parent. This will save me from doing several casual jobs in a day in order to raise enough money to sustain my family. I will also spend less time looking for casual jobs since I will be fully engaged in my farm.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago because as at the moment, I concentrate so much in working on my farm rather than going for casual labour. This makes me less worried about my family because they will have enough food. With that commitment, My farm is now doing well and more productive. I am also expecting high produce next harvesting season
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My goal for the next four months is to begin planting short-season crops such as vegetables and tomatoes. Being a farmer, I have been planting long season crops such as maize. This has not only been taking a very long duration to get the output but also, most of the time, it has been affected by armyworm leading to alt of losses being incurred. The harvest of these vegetables will also have a ready market as am planning to supply them to the nearby secondary school at a slightly higher price as school fees for my children
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I am now happier because my family no longer strain to put food to the table as it was four months ago when there were no rains. The area had been hit by extreme famine. At the moment, there is an abundant supply of vegetables and other short season crops hence I no longer spend so much money to purchase them
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months because with the sale of short season crops, It will generate income at a shorter duration. The income generated will enable me to clear my children school fees as I am planning to supply them to the nearby secondary school hence ready market as well as at higher prices. I will also improve my family living standards as I will be in a position to provide for their needs

The biggest difference is that these transfers has motivated to do farming on time because the first transfer I used to till land by hiring oxen and the second I used to buy farm inputs like fertilizer. Before I was more stressed and demoralized because I was overwhelmed by my kids school fees and could not afford fertilizer for my maize farm hence low productivity.
