How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am Brown Bunor from Barmo town, Bomi County Liberia. When I first started receiving cash transfer from Givedirectly, I planned to do two things with my cash transfer.
To buy a motor Bike for commercial purpose and to build my house.
I am presently using my last cash transfer for payment of Carpenters to roof my house. I bought a second-hand bike with my first cash transfer and started buying materials for my house project with the rest of my transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"I told you from the beginning that I have family in Totota, Margibi County, and now I'm old, so if I have any money I will put it into selling small small things, like candy, biscuits, etc, in other to be helping myself and my family; when I start to do this small small things business, and it grows in my hand then I will think about doing other things."
What is the happiest part of your day?
"The thing that brought me happiness is that, sickness had not come my way since the beginning of this year up to now, even though the job that I do is hard, but I thank the Lord that in the mix of that I'm strong and moving."
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"I have my three children far from me, and my one is living on this side hustling, going to see them is challenging for me due to the lack of money for transportation. Another challenge I have is the type of job that I do, 'cassava pitch making, palm cutting, etc.', this bush job is very hard, and this has even caused my body to decline. Another challenge I have is the issue of being single here, when I come from the farm, nobody to make hot water for me to do my bath, and nobody to cook for me, or wash my clothes."
