How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different because I no longer pay rent for a business.I had been starting this spareparts business 8 times but failed because of the rental cost.It was draining alot of money from the business leaving it weak and causing it fail.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I plan to start a grain business in the next four months. I laso ointend to start a motorcycle sparepats shop.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
My life four months ago was very different from how it is today. I managed to build on a piece of plot that I had purchased. I now live on my own piece of land in the houses I build.This makes my work easier since I can work from here in my mechanics work as its located on a town.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the six months, I will have started a motorcycle spare parts shop. Being a mechanic, I will benefit a lot from the business.

The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that my happiness increased due to the projects we started and they really worked well for us.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
My expectation in the next six months is that my rentals will be in operational and also the small business I am planning to start will have picked.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different now that I was able to complete the payment of the plot I was buying, we as a family also managed to spare a motorcycle which we were to sell because we received the transfers which really sorted a lot of bills we had.

I have a new goal to open an auto spares shop where I will be selling motorcycle parts after completion of the shop construction in the new plot I acquired.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Last year (2017), my dad felt sick and fainted - I had to rush him to Kaplong Mission Hospital for emergency treatment. Fortunately, my dad was healed and is currently doing well. However, I had to spend virtually the money and wealth I had, including closure of a motorcycle spare-parts shop I had opened. Accordingly, I have been struggling to attain income to fend for my family and restart my business.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is at the morning when sharing breakfast with my healthy family. This means that everything is going on well and that keeps me motivated that whole day.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on restarting my business of selling motorbike spare-parts
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Since I dropped from school in class two, I had limited skills and was semi-illiterate. Fortunately, I managed to successfully pursue my dream course in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, I have been fetching some good income from my profession - the money is used to fend for my family. Hence, I feel the successful completion of my dream course against all the existing odds is the greatest achievement I have attained.
