What did you spend your third transfer on?
My spouse passed on before buying us a place to build on so I have been staying in rental house. When I received the second transfer I paid a deposit for a land I wanted to purchase so I used the whole of the third transfer to complete paying for the piece of land and I now have my title deed. I'm now happy I now own a piece of land where I can build a home.
