How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I now have Livestock and gardens which I plan to use to plant my food crops to sustain my family. Secondly I have completed to construct my house. I would have not managed to complete my house if I never received my transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has supported people to buy household goods,Livestock, get treatment and build houses. GiveDirectly has not done anything wrong.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I have spent second transfer on Build materials ( fesher boards) at UGX 1,240,000, labour at UGX 210000, food (bean) at UGX 50,000, clothing/household goods at UGX 100,000 and transport at 32,000.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my life daily life is that, I have got things which I needed in my life like a bull which help me plough and 3 gardens for farming which I did not have before.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received my money,I felt very happy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I have spent my transfer to purchase Livestock (a bull) at 600,000ugx,paid rent for 3 gardens at 600,000ugx,paid school fees for my 2 children at 258,000ugx and the balance of 300,000ugx I'm making bricks for building my permanent structure (house).

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will buy oxen for ploughing and an ox-plough since I am currently hiring bills for ploughing. In addition, I will also be able to buy inside doors for my house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the afternoon when I listen to my radio while resting.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is limited agricultural land for cultivation .so I currently hire land for agriculture.
