I spent my third transfer on building my own compound.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that I managed to have a very large rice plantation, unlike before when I could only till just a portion of the land because I never had resources. I also have my own compound, something that we had longed for but could manage because of financial constraints.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly do well by giving the money directly to the recipients through phone transfers without bribery involved.

We are planning to spend our transfer on leasing some land and hiring a tractor to plough it, so that we can grow rice and maize on a larger scale to get some income.
