What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?

What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is during morning hours when i wake up healthy with no body pains,I'm a bit old and as we all know that old age comes with its package some days i wake up feeling pain every where and this limit me from doing my usual activities
