What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on paying fees for my child to settle well in school, bought decent clothes for the family members and used most of the transfer on building a decent spacious house since the previous one was very small.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, I live in a decent spacious house and this makes me feel good because the whole family members sleep under one roof unlike before where some had to spend the night at the neighbor's place since the house was small.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GiveDirectly did well was by uplifting the living standards of the poor people in our community through the unconditional transfers that was given to the recipients.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the transfer to buy building materials as l am planning to build spacious house that can accommodate me comfortably with the whole of my family, l also spent some of the transfer to take my children to schools.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my children has been staying home for so long because l could not manage to pay their school fees but now they are in school learning like any other students without any problem.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I would like to use part of the money to buy a piece of land where l can build a home since I am staying in someone else piece of land. Finally l would like to use the rest of the money to build a house because my house is very small to comfortable accommodate me with my family.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that l have struggled through farming and bought two goats and two sheep.

My biggest hardship in life is lack of money to pay school fees for my children since I am Hiv positive.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning when have gone to sell mandazis knowing that I will get some money to buy food for my family.
