I have done my research and realized that in my village there is a high demand of vegetables but the supply is low. I plan to tap into this gap and set up a business by the road and ensure that I have the quantity and quality my clients would need.
The second investment would be on livestock, I goal is to buy about 40 of them, a kid goat is about 2000 KES. This will act as a back up plan whenever I am low on cash I can sell one and address to present need.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The birth of my son was a joy. He is my first born and I felt so proud the day he was born. After falling ill in July and having to stop working November came with its blessings, now everytime I look at my son I see hope.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
No employment,I am a certified wiring technician but I have not been able to secure any form of employment. I am compelled to work as a motorcycle driver so that I can provide for my family. In a good day I earn 400 KES which helps address the necessities of my family. I wish I had a stable income so that I would raise my family with some ease.
